Observe
形態、環境、行動を観測事実と推定に分けて記録する。既知の分類体系への早急な帰属は避ける。
Record morphology, environment, and behavior while clearly separating observed facts from inference. Avoid premature assignment to established classification systems. -

Classify
視覚情報、行動特性、各種検出反応をもとに暫定分類を行う。分類結果は追加記録に応じて随時改訂される。
Assign provisional classifications based on visual evidence, behavioral traits, and detected responses. Classifications are revised as additional records become available. -

Contain
接触および介入より継続観測を優先する。危険性が確定していない対象については、必要な距離と隔離状態を維持する。
Prioritize continued observation over contact or intervention. Maintain appropriate distance and isolation for subjects whose level of risk remains undetermined.
